Fearless: Ear Cuff Trend

Hey guys! Today I bring you a trend: ear cuffs. I think these are really edgy but still cute, and it's cool that you can get that cartilage look without piercing your ear! There's two ways you can wear them, shown in the pictures below. Personally, I like the second way better. It fits better and stays on your ear well.

I got my ear cuff from Claire's for $7.50.
And also, I got this cute little bracelet from BCBG that says fearless on it. It's very inspirational and stylish. I like how it looks with my braided purple headband!

Wet n Wild Review: I'm Getting Sunburned Trio

Hey guys! Quick review today. This is a wet n wild trio in "I'm Getting Sunburned" Wet n Wild is an extremely affordable great quality brand you can find at CVS, Walgreens, and sometimes Walmart. These trio's can range from $2.29 to $3. As you can see, they're pretty decent quality, but I never really use this trio. The golden bronze is too shimmery, the brown is too dark, and pink just isn't a common color used. Overall, it's a pretty trio with pretty colors with decent pigmentation, but it's not something you'd get a lot of use out of.

Mac Trax Eyeshadow

Hey guys! I finally got another mac eyeshadow for my palette! This color is called Trax.
This is a unique lilac color with gold shimmer to it.

This eyeshadow has just enough pigmentation where you don't have to work for it, but you can pack it on as you please.

I find that this is a gorgeous alternative to neutral browns. Purple looks good with all eye colors!

Oh, and also... I hit 2012 views! Thought it was funny :)

Bold Gold: Eye Look & Review

Hey guys! So today I have a review as well as a look for it. This is on Maybelline's Color Tattoo in Bold Gold. As you can see, I created gold eyeliner with the cream. I then topped it with Urban Decay's Half Baked for shimmer and shine. Then I used two mascaras: Covergirl Lashblast and Mabelline's MegaPlush Volume. It was really simple and only used 4 products!

Now, onto the review. This is the third color tattoo I've tried. The first two being Tough as Taupe and Barely Beige. As it says, this is a gold shimmery color with great pigmentation and it stays on forever! No primer necessary. Sometimes if I forget to take my makeup off there will be remnants of this left when I wake up! These Maybelline Color Tattoo's are the best things ever. I love them! Now if only they'd come out with a nude matte one...

Tarte Deluxe Primer Trio Review

First Impressions:
Clean Slate Poreless: I was honestly very disappointed with this. When I applied it, it felt greasy and gross on my skin. It was a clear gel like texture. All day I was itching to wipe my makeup off of my face. It didn't do anything to improve the appearance or lasting power of my makeup. I wore my Maybelline BB cream with it, which isn't technically a foundation, but my friend Savannah wears foundation and she got this trio as well, and had the same opinion. I will definitely not be buying the full size in this.

Clean Slate Flawless: This primer felt much better going onto my skin. It was a cream rather than a gel, so it sunk into my skin well. It had a slightly citric smell, but it was pleasant. I only wore powder on top of it, but it felt much better.

Eye Primer: This did as it was supposed to, kept my eyeshadow on all day, but it's a bit liquidy. I find that I like my UDPP much better because it's easier to blend in and you don't have to worry about having too much. Overall, it's a fine product, and works perfectly, but I'd choose UDPP over it.

Second Impressions:

Clean Slate Flawless: I wore this cream under a foundation and it was just as great as it was with the powder. It feels really nice on your skin and has a nice citric smell. It felt moisturizing, but not greasy. The foundation stayed on throughout an entire sweet sixteen party, and I was dancing all night! I really love this product.

Primer: I tried the primer again, and I do like it a lot. I wish that the dispenser was different because you have to squeeze a lot to get it out and usually when it comes out it's too much. I wish that it had a wand instead, but the product works and that's what really matters.

Overall: I love the Clean State Flawless primer, and I like the eye primer, but I really dislike the Clean Slate Poreless primer.
